These in-person, hands-on courses are taught by energy & sound healer Shanda Beste, founder of Namaste Healing + Retreat Center and Inner Chi Wellness.

Our bodies heal. Sometimes quickly and perfectly. Sometimes not as thoroughly. And the exact "how" we heal is still a bit of a mystery.
No matter one's background or profession, each one of us has a healer within us.
We offer multiple levels of training in order of progression:
Tuning Fork Sound Healing Certification Course - 8 hours
One day in-person training covering how to use tuning forks to rapidly speed healing
Intro to Energy + Sound Healing Awaken Sound Healer - 20 hours
3 day in-person training covering tuning forks, singing bowls, distance healing, intuitive communication. energy medicine, intro to vibrational medicine. Day 1 of this course is the 8 hour Tuning Fork Sound Healing Certification course.
30 Hour Sound + Energy Certification - 10 additional hours
following the 20 hour Awaken Sound Healer course
Apprenticeship Program - 175 hours of training and mentorship in energy & sound healing
ONE DAY IN-PERSON TRAINING (8 hours)
TUNING FORK SOUND HEALING CERTIFICATION COURSE
This 8 hour course is a great opportunity to become proficient in using tuning forks to facilitate rapid healing, reduced anxiety, desired brainwaves for different activities, and clearing unwanted emotional scar tissue. It provides a solid foundation in understanding how sound and energy work in the body and how to access, adjust, and amplify energy as desired.

AWAKEN SOUND HEALER CERTIFICATION COURSE
This 20 hour course includes all of the training and experience from the One Day Tuning Fork Sound Healing Course... plus Day 2 & 3 to learn additional material as follows:
- singing bowls for group and individual Sound Bath sessions
- intuitive communication
- intro to distance healing
- energy psychology techniques
- practice with acupoints, meridians, and lots of review
This course developed as a natural progression by request from the graduates of the One Day Tuning Fork class. Graduates of the One Day Tuning Fork course are welcome to attend Day 2 & 3 of this course for a discount rate. Please contact Shanda directly for details.
Upon completion of the 3 day training, and completion of the optional exam, certificate verifying 20 hours of course study and experience is granted.
After the 3-day in person training, participants should be competent in using tuning forks and singing bowls to help facilitate speedy recovery from acute conditions like sprains, bruises and conduct group and individual sound bath sessions with singing bowls.

- Applied kinesiology techniques to reset your body after stress and trauma

- Energy medicine techniques to increase energy naturally... and to calm and clear your bioenergetic field using acupressure, energy circuit manipulation, and breath

30 HOUR PRACITIONER CERTIFICATION (30 hours)
This opportunity is open to the graduates of the 3 Day Awaken Sound Healer course. It is the natural progression that allows graduates who would like more guided instruction following the 3 day immersion.
It allows the instructor to check the student's work.
Upon completion of the 3 day training and exam, students can work with Shanda over the 30 days following the course doing case study work with individualized guidance (phone, email, Skype).
This is a beautiful time during which the student takes the techniques taught and puts them into practice. It builds confidence and provides feedback, allowing the sound healer to make a big leap from learning to practicing to mastering.
APPRENTICE PROGRAM (175 hours)
This is a limited-time opportunity for those who need assistance transitioning into the realm of being a self-employed lightworker doing healing work for a living.
It’s open to anyone, but it’s designed for those who are not already working in a healing modality (yoga instructor, massage, etc.) and need more one-on-one training and experience working under someone with experience in the field.
It offers:

Weekly One-On-One Phone Consultations (for the first 3 months & as needed, then once a month for the second 3 months of the program)

Great Experience to Bring to the Table:
- Daily meditation practice (or yoga, dance, sports training/conditioning)
- Any professional or pre-professional training in yoga, massage, hands-on healing, energy work, Reiki, etc.
- Personal experience in healing, being healed, seeking out alternative solutions to physical imbalances; any experience with the power of prayer
- Any kind of background in music (having played any kind of instrument, ability to read music – have ever read music; know the traditional Western musical scale and know what chords are). Please note - you do NOT have to be a musician or musically inclined to do this work!
- Heightened intuitive ability (it’s ok if you are not aware of your abilities yet)
- Being an empath, lightworker, or highly sensitive (it’s ok if you don’t know about this yet either)
